What's Changing?
After April 30, 2025, customers will no longer be able to open or create support tickets via support@hashicorp.com. Tickets created via email will be auto-closed, with a message to instead open a ticket via the Help Center.
After the ticket is created, correspondence can be continued over email. This also has no impact on existing open tickets.
Why is this changing?
Tickets created via email have no data about product and severity, and therefore require additional review - causing delays in response. Submitting a ticket via the Help Center ensures accurate routing and improved response times, especially for higher-severity tickets.
