This article addresses how to stay informed about the status of specific products offered by HashiCorp. We understand the importance of receiving timely updates relevant to the services you utilize. Currently, our status page offers a comprehensive view of all our service statuses.
- Visit https://status.hashicorp.com/
- Click on the “Subscribe to Updates” button on the top right of the page.
- Choose your desired delivery method for the status updates.
- Follow the prompts provided depending on the delivery method chosen in Step 3.
Current Subscription Limitations:
Our status page provides subscription options via Email, RSS and Slack. While we can subscribe to specific components using the Email option, there are certain limitations currently with the RSS/Slack option
- Full Feed Subscription: Subscribing via RSS or the primary Slack integration provides updates for all services listed on our status page. There is currently no built-in option to filter these subscriptions to specific products.
Subscribing to the entire status page feed can lead to receiving notifications about services that are not relevant to you. This can result in information overload and make it difficult to focus on the updates that truly matter.
Our Commitment to Improvement:
We recognize the need for product-specific subscriptions and understand that the current limitations are not ideal. We are actively working with our status page provider to explore options for implementing more granular subscription capabilities, similar to the filtering available in the 'Incident History' section.
What You Can Do Now:
While we work on enhancing our subscription features, here are the current options available to you:

Monitor the 'Incident History' Tab: The 'Incident History' tab on our status page ([Your Status Page Link Here]) allows you to filter past incidents by specific products. While this doesn't provide proactive notifications, it's the best way to view historical issues related to your products of interest. We recommend regularly checking this section for updates on past incidents.

Subscribe to the Full Feed (with Caution): You can subscribe to the full RSS feed or integrate the main Slack notifications. However, be prepared to receive updates for all services. You will need to manually filter or ignore notifications that are not relevant to your products.
Stay Updated:
We will communicate any advancements in our status page subscription capabilities through our regular communication channels, including release notes and updates to this knowledge base article. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve this experience.
