Can there me multiple owners for an HCP organization?
Currently, adding an additional owner or having multiple users with the owner role in an HCP Org is not possible or supported.
The role of the owner allows for the ability to request organization ownership transfers or organization deletion requests. Otherwise, users with admin access can perform everything else an owner can do with the caveat of the special permissions of owner only privileges. Recommendation
As a workaround, ask your IT department for an admin-type email that can be used for the owner of HCP instead of a personal email address. Most customers follow this workflow on HCP to circumvent the inability to have multiple owners. The owner's email cannot be a distribution list email, it must be an email that has an email/password and its own inbox.
