Introduction
On TFE version 202309-1, on a Workspace connected to a Version Control System when switching the branch an error will be triggered:
Attempted to handle event `reloadRecord` on <workspace-v2:ws-wvgZ32uUU7wzDhbi>
while in state root.loaded.updated.inFlight. Called with { resolve: [Function],
options: { adapterOptions: { include:
"current_run,current_configuration_version,current_state_version,outputs,readme," } } }.Cause
A bug in TFE v202309-1 is causing the error.
Workaround:
- Refresh the page from the browser for the error to disappear
Solutions:

Upgrade TFE to the October release v202310-1
Outcome
When switching the branch, the error will not get triggered anymore.
