VCS-managed Sentinel policies will fail with an "getent"error

Problem

There is a known issue against VCS-managed Sentinel affecting Terraform Enterprise versions 202212-1 and 202212-2.    

Known Issue:

1. 1. VCS-managed Sentinel policies will fail with"getent": executable file not found in $PATH. This will be fixed in Terraform Enterprise v202301-1.

Prerequisites 

• This applies to Terraform Enterprise versions 202212-1 and 202212-2 

Solutions:

• Currently, there is no known workaround
• This will be fixed in Terraform Enterprise v202301-1
