Problem
When using VCS-managed Sentinel policies in Terraform Enterprise versions v202212-1 or v202212-2, policy checks fail with the following error:
"getent": executable file not found in $PATH
Cause
This error is due to a known issue affecting Terraform Enterprise versions v202212-1 and v202212-2.
Solution
This issue is resolved in Terraform Enterprise v202301-1 and later versions. To fix the problem, you must upgrade your Terraform Enterprise instance to v202301-1 or a more recent version. There is no other known workaround.
