Problem
In Terraform Enterprise versions v202204-1 (build 609) and v202204-2 (build 610), an issue with audit log tagging prevents new audit logs from being prefixed with [Audit Log]. This behavior can make identifying and filtering audit logs more difficult.
This issue was resolved in Terraform Enterprise version v202205-1.
Solution
To resolve this issue, upgrade your Terraform Enterprise instance to version v202205-1 or a later release. After the upgrade, new audit logs will be correctly tagged.
