Problem
When attempting to use Terraform CLI or make REST API calls to Terraform Cloud you may receive receive one of the following error messages:
macOS:
Error: Failed to request discovery document: Get "https://app.terraform.io/.well-known/terraform.json": malformed HTTP response "\x00[\x048\xb9*\x0ex"
Windows OS:
